Manage, deploy, and maintain SolarWinds N-Able system, which is the tool used to monitor customers network and devicesA combination of remote monitoring along with onsite field visits.Facilities provisioning (installing racks, setting up power, patching Ethernet andconsole cabling, remote power and KVM).Server build and installs, application upgrades, network equipment build,installation and configuration.Maintaining hardware serial audits.Engineering for routing, switching, and security related functionsNOC related monitoring• Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on customer and networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution).• Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for colocation, leased lines, backup and other network services).• Maintenance of technical documentation of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.Tier 3 Support for co-location, customer backup network and ISP services.• Work with other UT system engineers as required to resolve customer outagesRemain up-to-date with new technologies required to support customers.
