Fishkeeping took me to where I am today. The passion and motivation for aquatic ecosystems has motivated me to overcome challenges in my work area. Being able to work directly with reproduction of ecosystems and management of native and exotic fauna and flora "ex situ", is a privilege. Proactivity and commitment to professional responsibility and ethics are intrinsically linked to the profession I exercise, and this reflects directly with my superiors and also with my employees, aiming at the development and promotion of all professionally and humanly for the common good.
