Operation with 80 employees, 3 supervisors, 4 coordinators, 9,500 sq. m of total area, 8,000 pallet positions and 1,500 SKUs. Annual sales revenues of approximately R$ 9 million.• Three years of experience managing 5 customers (NEC do Brasil, Canon, Philips Medical, Philips Lighting, Philips Service) in 4 different sites, being 2 in Barueri and 2 in Recife. The 5 operations together include 160 employees, 5 supervisors, 9 coordinators, 17,000 sq. m total area, 14,000 pallet positions and 18,000 SKUs. Annual sales revenues of approximately R$ 17 million.• 30% labor cost reduction due to development and implementation of a bi-dimensional barcode identification system in the process of products receipt from manufacturing, which reduced the checking process time and resulted in productivity gain.• 25% labor cost reduction due to adjustments in the imported product separation process by replacing the technology used in barcode checking and reading.• Participation in the implementation of a new warehouse operation at Lenovo in Mexico, managing the whole process mapping and presenting solutions to adjust and improve operational results. The actions implemented resulted in over 30% productivity improvement in receipt and shipping processes.
