My healthcare leadership experience and ICF-trained coaching skills enhanced my education of products, services, and patient care.Throughout my career, I've achieved milestones, including leading an integrated vision and dental care practice, earning recognition as a leader in the community and serving as a board member of the NC State Board of Opticians, cultivating partnerships as a leader in the community, and mentoring practitioners for providing the ultimate patient care.In 2020, I transitioned into industrial-organizational psychology and learning and development, driven by my interest in the aspects of motivation and leadership development. This pivot was motivated by the need I noticed during the pandemic, as I recognized that learning and working remotely would be challenging for many.In 2023, I completed graduate studies at Purdue University, enriching my career and equipping me to collaborate with HR and learning professionals.
