AFF start importing Targus products on August/2009. As per headquarters request, opened Targus Brasil on March/2011. I was appointed on March/2011 Targus Brasil Statutory General Manager : Entry strategy , business plan, logistics and operation implementation, tax optimization (ICMS ST) , ERP localization ( Baan ), local banks and treasury implementation, employees hiring ( sales, finance / operations ) and office rental and insurance coverage implementation. Worked until the first sales in Brazil / complete startup process. CEO from March/11 to July/12.- Operations outsourcing: Market News International (MNI), wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Borse Group focused on real time financial information. September 2011 – October 2013.- VeriFone Systems (PAY) & Lipman Brasil integration - 2007: both companies dedicated to electronic payment solutions. Verifone (PAY) Multinational with Hedquarters in San Jose/California has purchased Lipman worldwide and, in Brazil Lipman has a larger operation. The project that has been done was to integrate Verifone and Lipman people and systems, revising and implementing compliance points.
