Responsible for managing all the Spanish Speaking programs at EparaTodos Lawrence; the accelerator, pitch contest, public events and awareness building programs. Conduct outreach efforts for aspiring entrepreneurs throughout the Hispanic community. Establish relationships with MA based organizations, businesses, and leaders to help raise awareness of EparaTodos. Ensure program quality, including curricula, mentors, experts, and additional intern staff. Help with recruiting, hiring, training and managing of program instructors, consultants, and volunteers. Attend and serve as a spokesperson for EparaTodos at community meetings and events. Develop relationships with community groups to work collaboratively on various projects.
