Pragma is a technology company focused on branding and digital transformation. It has more than 350 collaborators and has businesses with important customers in the region.He collaborated for 8 years in different projects, some of them in the banking and insurance sectors. At least 70% of the time at Pragma, He collaborated on different bank projects, automating credit processes using IBM technology and SOA architecture. One of the projects he collaborated on was recognized by IBM with the Impact 2011 Business Process Management (BPM) award. Highlights:- Payment Collection Automation | Occupational Accident Insurances | ARL Sura -• Designed a multi-threaded processing solution to collect the daily payment files and completethe legalization of those.• Led the technical team to implement the solution.• Discussed the architectural design with the company's architecture committee.This solution reduced the processing time from 12 hours (best case) to 20 minutes. It was an end-to-end automated processing reducing manual steps and confidentiality issues.- Collection and Legalization Platform Modernization | Occupation Accident Insurances | ARL Sura - • Designed and implemented an event-driven and fault-tolerant architecture to process thepayments completed by companies and independents daily and identify the same day on-timeaffiliated and the collection to recover. Therefore, it would help to identify and update theprovisioning to cover any occupational accident. And more importantly, the solution reducedinsurance coverage problems in the event of an occupational accident.This solution connected the legalization, collection, and note processes to increase the businessefficiency and up-to-date information reducing coverage risks and confidentiality risks.

Geniar was a startup development software company. He collaborated as a software developer, working in three different clients and using a tech stack as Java, DHTMLX, Javascript, Icefaces, Java Server Faces, MDX queries. His favorite project was participating in a business intelligence solution, supporting the front-end implementation to be able to cross historical, present and future data to help the company make better decisions.

This was my first job since graduated. I collaborated with an incubating company of Parquesoft called Paradigma as a software developer.I did work with Java 1.5 and some more technologies (Hibernate, Struts, PL/SQL, Oracle Databases) in different solutions.One of the best moments was when I received my first salary, that was glorious :-).
