    Within the Product & Customer Marketing area, I am responsible for orchestrating the entire community strategy, as well as the engagement and delight of B2B customers. Among my projects and responsibilities, I highlight:-Conceptualization and execution of RD Conecta, the exclusive community and education space for RD Station customers and partners. The community includes exclusive groups such as the Ambassadors group and an online forum, where my main focus is to foster a cultural shift towards engagement in this type of community, promoting a closer relationship between the RD Station ecosystem and customer members.- Management of the Ambassador, Customer Content Creators, and Beta-Testers programs.- Production of exclusive events and experiences for customers.- Planning and executing campaigns for customers focused on cross-sell, upsell, and education, in partnership with Product, CX, CS, Sales, PMM, and Demand Gen teams.- Development of educational actions to drive revenue expansion and retention.- Repositioning the multi-product RD Station customer community.- Integration of the community into the customer journey.- Creation of strategy, narrative, and curation of customer success stories.- Data and performance analysis of customer engajament, relationship, adoption and revenue metrics.In addition to community management, I work on the planning and production of RD Summit, focusing on customers. RD Summit is the largest Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce event in Latin America, and my involvement includes:- RD Station customer experiences, such as exclusive lounges, events, and celebrations.- Speaker curation for the event in 2023 and 2024.- Community activations.- Ticket sales campaigns.
