I'm a digital nomad experiencing different facets of technology and entrepreneurship around the world.But first, how did it all start?I have always been passionate about people and processes.When I started college, in 2014, in a universe still very far from Startups, I couldn't imagine how the ability to relate to people combined with the ability to organize and manage processes, which, of course, became more professional over time, made me would show a completely challenging and exciting professional path.Throughout my career I had the opportunity to work in companies from different segments, as well as some social impact businesses, and in all of them I had the pleasure of helping to build robust operations, develop people, grow companies and most importantly, make dreams come true. After all, each client, whether small, medium or large, brings relevant dreams and desires into the company.Along this path, I understood that Customer Success and Customer Experience operations caught my eye in a special way. Normally full of interesting and little explored data, sometimes truly passionate about the product and the customer, I realized that I increasingly understood the equations that led to success in Customer Relationships and were the key to the real success and experience of any company.I am completely enthusiastic about small and medium-sized companies and startups and I have always been enchanted by the ability of Brazilian entrepreneurs to invent and reinvent themselves.
