Report to COO to improve process of sales force administration and supervise compensation payment: 1. Ensure on-schedule compensation payment to business partners and ensure compensation data integrity 2. Supervise sales force registration and administration to comply with regulation 3. Improve automation across sales compensation and administration area by implementing new system and solution for sales force 5. Improve process control, procedure and SLA in sales compensation and administration

Report to Director of Business to improve effectiveness and implement practical strategy to grow Bancassurance and Direct Business channel:• Setting KPI for sales team• Create mechanism, communicate and monitor sales campaign to boost new business• Coordination with related departments related to product development strategy• Work closely with Business Director and CFO to deliver strategy to reduce cost, improve campaign effectiveness and deliver practical activities supporting sales• Improve internal process control and monitoring especially regarding sales campaign• Work together with bank partner to comply with life insurance regulation• Supervise any problem solving and system enhancement related to product development
