Activities: Reporting directly to the Managing Director to ensure the execution of business strategies in accordance with annual planning;• Management of a technical team of (36 employees) involved in the execution of technical activities;Financial management of contracts and new projects for the provision of technical services and maintenance of P&T components and equipments;• Management of service and asset maintenance action plans through monthly/quarterly meetings with customers, in order to understand and meet their technical needs to ensure greater reliability and availability of their equipment;• Ensure compliance of technical services provided in accordance with railway industry regulations and company policies by implementing and complying with safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees;• Monitoring projects, contracts and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting to the Managing Director;• Development of asset management practices and strategies to support and improve the reliability/availability and maintainability of customers' machines;• Factory validation, commissioning, technical delivery of new Plasser&Theurer equipment in the Brazilian market, establishing quality standards for after-sales service;

Activities: reporting directly to the Technical Manager to execute and comply with the technical strategies proposed by management, in order to provide quality service to the end customer.• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including using team KPIs and maintenance activities to report directly to the technical manager;• Inspection and technical verification for the development of maintenance plans, planning and generating technical work specifications (activities and spare parts lists) with an individual approach for each customer and equipment with the aim of carrying out short, medium and long term reviews ensuring greater reliability of equipment and components, reducing costs for future corrective maintenance.• Technical support for field and workshop employees regarding the provision of technical services such as: technical assistance, component remanufacturing, retrofits and revisions of small, medium and large equipment within manufacturing structures;• Execution of service maintenance action plans carried out together with management through monthly/quarterly meetings with customers, in order to understand, plan, develop and support their needs;• Lead assessment of customer asset health and provide input on changes and reviews of critical components, including lifecycle strategy;• Plan and supervise daily work tasks considering project schedules and client requirements;• Plan and define strategies for scheduled machine shutdowns for corrective and predictive maintenance at Plasser do Brasil facilities and/or in an external environment (client);

Activities: reporting directly to the Technical Supervisor on the execution of field technical services, such as: corrective maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, monitoring of technical assistance contracts, practical training and technical reports (fault analysis, defects and technical support );• Repair, maintenance, calibration and operation of various Plasser&Theurer machines in the Brazilian market;• Carrying out investigation of failures, defects and breakdowns in equipment, generating technical reports for support and implementation of new working methods at the client, ensuring greater reliability and availability of equipment;• Preparation, review and action on preventive and predictive maintenance plans for equipment and components, generating lists of spare parts for maintenance and to guarantee the operational integrity of the equipment;• Reading and interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic drawings of equipment;• Experience in technical assistance/maintenance and preventive contracts for Plasser&Theurer equipment that uses extensive automation processes with systems: mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic.• Experience in the area of track geometric correction for construction and maintenance of railways through topographic data from projects using the WinALC and SmartALC automated systems;• Provide training and practical skills in the operational and maintenance process to employees involved during equipment start-up and ensure assisted operation during the technical delivery of new Plasser&Theurer equipment.

Activities: operation and team leadership to fulfill the railway maintenance and/or construction work plan scheduled by the end customer.• Operation and maintenance of construction/maintenance equipment for railway lines with experience in Plasser&Theurer equipment such as tamping machines: 07-16, 09-3X STOPFEXPRESS, 09-2X 275/3S and ballast profile regulators: SSP110, SSP 203 and SSP 103;• Operation of equipment in accordance with the company's engineering processes and procedures, ensuring effective and efficient performance in railway maintenance and construction;• Carrying out work effectively and efficiently on large maintenance and construction projects using the ALC Automated System, performing tasks safely in accordance with MRS requirements.• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, working directly to correct system failures and defects: electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic equipment for better reliability and availability.• Reading and interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic drawings• Interface with programming and maintenance planning teams and surveys for distribution of daily work schedule;• · Interface with the person responsible for the section to carry out railway construction activities, as well as conservation and maintenance of permanent track;• Operator responsible for receiving and commissioning the 09-2X 275 3S project through the new equipment acquisition plan in 2012, training and multiplying the operation and maintenance processes for other employees;
