Here at On Time Construction I work directly with our Senior Project Manager creating schedules for upcoming projects as well as updating current ones and also creating Financial project management strategies to ensure project completion success.I’m glad to have joined On Time Construction in its early years because it has given me the opportunity to participate directly in the creation of processes and structures that would allow the company to expand. Some of these include the introduction and implementation of project management software to bridge major internal communication and documentation gaps.

Collaborated with senior pastor in administration of a growing church activities and systems with responsibility for diverse multiple ministry, lay-leadership development;Established the Student and Young Adults Ministry with the church by recruiting, training leaders, and creating an environment for personal development of participants. Provided professional counseling to Students ministry members on an as needed basis.Coordinated youth trips, camps, and an annual Regional Student Conference, developing relationships with other local city pastors.

* Developement and maintainance of template for schedules for capital engineering projects.* Coordination with project managers to develop schedule’s baselines.* Design and submittion of schedules for updates and daily support to project team with scheduling requirements analysis to ensure completion within timeline. * Review of planning requirements for crew members as per productivity rates. * Management and reviewed project deliverables before sending to client / Document control. * Development of weekly external and internal reporting, with detailed workload analysis and recovering actions in order to mitigate possible projects conflicts.* Assisting sales department during negotiations with international clients.

At CNA I have the opportunity to share with my students my experiences after living for over 12 years in the USA. Strengthen students abilities with the use of the English language as well as develop them with the knowledge and skills needed in this ever more diverse market place.
