I am a mission-focused minister who enjoys communicating Bible principles, developing ministry teams, and personally nurturing individuals towards a stronger bond with Christ. I am currently pastoring three churches in Upper Columbia Conference in Northern Idaho. I have spent two years as a full-time Associate Pastor in Spokane Valley, Washington and I have tested and developed a variety of ministry skills in churches that range in membership from 45 to 1500. My tenure at the Spokane Valley Adventist Church involved heading the church’s youth ministry, beginning a media ministry and YouTube Channel, co-leading the local Pathfinder Club, preaching regularly, conducting individual and group Bible studies each week, coordinating outreach events, chairing ministry meetings, working as a liaison between the local community service network and the church, and assisting the local young adult ministry team. During those two years, God greatly blessed these ministries. The average attendance for our youth events nearly doubled, we had almost a dozen baptisms, we began live streaming our weekly worship services, and we assisted with a major breakthrough in providing dental education and services to underprivileged school children in the area. Since those two years, I have continued honing my communication and leadership skills through regularly teaching a weekend Bible study, preaching for Bible study seminars, assisting a local news video production as an anchor, and co-hosting a TV program that introduces the Bible to young adults. I am currently a second year student at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University and I have plans to return to full-time pastoral ministry following graduation.Specialties:Leadership Team DevelopmentPreachingSmall Group LeadershipChairing MeetingsVideo Presentation SkillsWriting articlesTheological ExpositionPersonal Mentoring
