Act as the primary liaison between the Executive Board and Project Leads, and take on the responsibilities including fully training the Project Leads (to scope clients, correspond over email, phone, and Zoom, and lead small teams), determining and enforcing all project deadlines during the school year, keeping track of each project’s progress, maintaining the team mentorship program with upperclassmen, and building a community of camaraderie and support between Senior Consultants that will translate to openness and transparency in discussion.
