I have been wanting to do an in-home dining experience since I began working in higher-end restaurants. When executing food in fine dining establishments, my chef never wanted to hear “15 minutes” even though the food was very involved. The solution was that I had to be more organized & efficient. When I was exposed to this more organized way to get through my service, I never looked back. My fifteen-year journey has brought me here, and I would love to share this efficiency with you & your loved ones. Real food takes time & love, that’s my job. My satisfaction is sharing some of the recipes that I have learned along the way & making them approachable to people who don’t necessarily have that kind of time on their hands.
