WTX Permian Program• Functioned as lead operations engineer on WTX Permian Completions Program.• Completed 91 new wells with average of 13% below AFE.• Focused on new designs, moving to ten clusters per stage designs with SilicaFrac Pods for diversion.• Improved operational efficiency with auto-fueling and RigLock technologies in 2019, pumping over 4,692 stages with average pump time (PT)/day of 14.4 hours.• Examined methods and technologies to improve PT to over 16 hours/day.Bakken Program• Served as lead operations engineer on Restart Bakken Program for 18 wells in 2018.• Decreased costs by 20% YOY while making well improvements of 10% in 2019, completing nine new wells and three refrac wells.• Completed 12 wells in less than 90 days total (compared to 220 days in 2018).• Reviewed existing and emerging technologies to better focus on optimized completions in low-priced oil environment. Romania• Managed on-land operations involved in tendering process, creating an evaluation of technical RFPs, completion of DST practices and procedures, evaluation, and final completion procedures for single selective downhole design.• High CO2/H2S gas wells; use of CRA and best practices imperative.UAE, Onshore• Completed design and execution consultation advice for ADNOC’s tight gas and unconventional wells. Bahrain, Onshore Pre-Khuff• Reviewed existing Pre-Khuff well analysis of recent frac operations and proposed new frac designs and full field development program. • Preliminary development program requested from Bapco to be able to bid on license rounds for 2018.

Senior Completion EngineerKey member of Encana's STEP Team - a team designed to share and introduce new technologies to the oil field. Some key projects: • Deep Bossier Sandstones and CVL in East Texas and Emerging Shale Plays (over 19,000' TVD and 425 F. • Haynesville gas shales – Both N. Louisiana and East Texas. • Eagleford/Woodbine new oil exploration play in East Texas – integral member of the exploration group. Program started in December 2011. Developed Stimulation Completion Strategy. o Mentored our junior engineers on crosslink gel systems and multistage horizontal oil completions. o Reduced costs from from $1.24/lb & $1084/1000ft to $0.53/lb & $820/1000 ft.

Technical Advisor for Completions & Hydraulic Fracture Stimulation – Halliburton, Madrid, Spain & Houston, USA March 2007– June 2010Part of a newly formed TAT team to support European Customers – namely Repsol and Total technically on tight gas and other Stimulation projects throughout the world. Involved in projects where adequate pre-planning and design review is feasible. Identifying the most suitable technologies and applicable best practices. Provide a basis for technical transfer to and from our Customers. Aid in focusing technology development. Participate in tender response process with correct content. Involved in project start up for Continuity. Ensure best practices are applied for Service Quality. Monitor progress for Performance Improvement. Technology development and promotion – Understanding customer needs and appropriate progression. Notable recent projects have been:• SAUDI ARAMCO – “The Empty Quarter” and the NW region near Jordanian border: Provide expert technical design and analysis of recent frac campaign. • TOTAL – Offshore Congo: operational support & post-job analyses of multistage pinpoint frac treatments (Surgifrac technique). TOTAL has now adopted this technology for their offshore fields.• TOTAL – Offshore Indonesia: design consultation for first deep hard rock gas wells.• TOTAL – On land Gabon: provided frac design consultation and operations support on location.• PERENCO – On land D.R.Congo: frac feasibility and optimization study.• PERENCO – Offshore Gabon: frac feasibility and optimization study utilization Delta Stim Sleeves and Swellpackers.• REPSOL - Algeria: frac feasibility study for Hamra Formation in Algeria.
