I am the Senior Project Manager for the activation of the Health and Medical Research Building (HMRB) at Flinders University. In this role, I lead the strategic planning and execution of transitioning academic research laboratories and professional teams to a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic objectives and fostering an environment conducive to cutting-edge research. With a solid foundation in project management, including education in Six Sigma and a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, I bring a systematic approach to achieving project goals efficiently and effectively. My expertise in risk identification and management further strengthens my ability to anticipate and address potential challenges proactively throughout the project.
