Information Technology Operations Leader
Current- Manage day to day IT operations for a P&G North American manufacturing supersite, such as remediating issues on any of our 1000+ assets, purchasing new assets, installing new equipment, etc.- Manage a variety of projects from migrating 1000+ machine domains manually to installing key networking upgrades to utilizing cloud and ML operations to both create and protect value in our site- Own and remediate issues on key plant IT infrastructure, such as networking equipment and servers to insure plant operations have proper technical capabilities to Make, Pack & Ship as efficiently as possible - Write and update pieces of plant IT Continuity Plan, conduct audits, and manage site IT compliance to comply with FDA standards, and be both internal and external audit ready everyday- Coordinate with on-site IT contractors to facilitate an additional troubleshooting team within the plant- Leverage Data Analytics knowledge to deliver new projects to operationally improve the plant- Coordinate with central office teams to manage and develop key IT services within the site- Provide 24/7 coverage to IT assets within site to prevent any unplanned downtime or operational impact
