• Creating and refining various processes through escrow management to provide integration and communication of pertinent information and requests throughout all departments and servicers. Then taking these processes and developing Policies, Procedures and Job Aids. • Refining various reports utilizing SQL and Excel, coordinating with Business Analysts / Data Engineers for any projects involving loan servicing.• Utilizing Microsoft Asana to create projects and manage tasks to ensure all items requiring completion are tracked.• Processing purchase advice and reports generated by and for investors to ensure service transfer is seamless and efficient. • Designing and generating custom reports with Business Analysts and SQL to reflect any escrow items that may be due / past due to accurately reflect and resolve within a timely manner including but not limited to Tax, Insurance and PMI. • Working with various investors (GSE and Non GSE) as well as insurance, PMI, and tax entities to ensure all loans boarded / purchased are correctly being paid and processed either at closing or in interim servicing. • Quality assurance and control of various escrow / mortgage items to reflect correct processes are being carried out. Monthly and weekly validation is performed for all tasks for any QA and QC purposes using scripts with SQL. • Boarding loans when funded by the underwriting department with generating escrow and loan data reports to establish mortgage and escrow servicing while utilizing FTPs and AIQ for secure document delivery. Initiating daily wire requests from our Ops, Trust, and any special Buydown Accounts to the sub servicer for Initial Escrow Deposits. Integrating and communicating escrow disbursements with the partnered sub-servicer to create accurate payout schedules and payments.
