Healthpoint is the name of the premises in which we practice our podiatry business.We also have a multitude of other health professionals who practice an array of therapies within Healthpoint.We have physiotherapy, sports massage, acupuncture, herbal medicine, dermal fillers, aromatherapy and massage therapies, reiki, hopi candling, weight loss, NLP, hypnotherapy, and hypnobirthing.

I am the lead podiatrist in the practice. I have five superbly competent associates that also work with me to provide quality footcare to our patients. We provide all aspects of podiatry treatment. This includes routine treatment, nail surgery, diabetic footcare, biomechanical assessment, vascular assessment, verruca treatment and woundcare.

I managed the Orthotics Department where I assessed and made orthotics for patients referred to me from across the health authority.I worked in the Orthopaedics Department at Royal Liverpool Hospital and was in the team of professionals who worked on a specialist foot clinic with the renowned foot surgeon Professor Leslie Klenerman.

I was responsible for treating patients in community clinics, hospital wards and as domiciliary visits. Promoted to Senior I Chiropodist, my role then also included providing chiropody services for the community mental health services and also to perform a weekly minor surgery session at Southport District General Hospital to treat ingrowing toe nails.
