• Maintained a 20 to 25-person outpatient therapy caseload of child and adult clients facing various mental health challenges including: ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Schizophrenia• Conducted biopsychosocial intakes and reassessments on a weekly basis in a person-centered, strengths-based approach while collaboratively providing diagnostic impressions, program recommendations, and treatment planning• Conducts level of care assessments and screening tools including: CAFAS, C-SSRS. DLA-20, GAD-7, GAIN-SS, LOCUS, PHQ-9, and UCLA PTSD Index• Employed evidence-based methods in both brief-treatment and long-term therapeutic modalities based on the client’s stated treatment goals and adapting techniques to fit their unique set of needs and interests within and beyond the therapeutic space • Optimized departmental workflows by implementing internal office reservation systems, updating the client attendance policies, and maintaining the department’s client waitlist
