Additional business partners were seconded to the projects / programmes as required. All aspects of the projects were managed including budget, scope, resource and schedule and involve people from various worldwide locations. • Programme Management of a commercial project (1 year) to turn around the Yachts business. Fifteen projects made up this programme which included all aspects of the business. Multi-million pound annual benefit anticipated.• Programme management of a new booking system implementation. This was a 2 year, £3m project to replace the existing legacy systems with one. The change impacted websites, CRM and data-warehouses as well as the associated MI that was used by finance as the sales ledger. The project was put on hold for 18 months due to a new management team and other priorities, and has subsequently been restarted. • Project management of multiple initiatives associated with the booking systems and CRM (Celerity)
