At Cestrian Computers Ltd I managed all out of office services to all customers as well as a range of support, tuition and repair or maintenance functions back at the office.Role and Responsibilities: • Manage and arrange callouts and tuition for domestic and business clients• Deliver and install new systems and equipment, integrating them into existing device structures. • Bring clients up to date with recent software changes. E.g. Windows OS and new Office versions. • Recover and transfer client’s data from previous or damaged equipment and transfer it onto new devices. • Diagnose and resolve software issues on-site for business and local authority clients. • Perform Hardware and Software repairs. • Assist clients with windows and office issues remotely either by; Email, telephone or remote access. • Create on request tailored user guides and manuals for businesses and domestic users often to aid them with disabilities • Attend conferences and seminars on new products and services, Hosted by our suppliers.
