Oversaw recruiting practices, production, and training of 6 medical recruiting professionals in a high volume and fast paced work environment. Processed and audited over 200 applicant packets while streamlining and improved the company’s onboarding procedures. As a Master Training Specialist, I directed 19 military and civilian instructors that developed and delivered apprentice level training for over 600 Sailors while producing 35 master training specialist qualified instructors in 1 year. Training methods included instructor lead, computer based, and hands-on. Assessed training needs and evaluated the effectiveness of training programs; developed innovative teaching techniques and trained staff during demonstration, meeting, conferences and workshop sessions. Organized and edited training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials. Briefed executive managers on all training deliverables on a weekly basis; provided recommendations to improve the company’s overall performance and workplace environment.
