• Review applications for Public Policy & Administration Junior Ambassador positions and contact all individuals who applied to book an interview time.• Conduct Junior Ambassador interviews with the Director of Recruitment and document responses from each interviewee.• Work together with the Director of Recruitment reviewing interview notes of prospective candidates and participating in the final decision-making process of the Junior Ambassador positions. • Contact the new Junior Ambassador recruits to notify them of their approved positions. Keep in constant communication with the recruits to manage and coordinate tasks that need to be completed by them such as advertising and attending PPASA events. • Manage the PPASA YUConnect webpage by updating event photo galleries, refreshing website layout, and informing the PPASA community about upcoming club events and collaborations.• Approve membership requests on YUConnect to continue growing the outreach of the Public Policy & Student Association community.
