From 2019 to 2022, responsible for Retail Banking on Forge, Central 1's white-label, multi-tenant Digital Banking platform. Led a team of product owners enhancing our public website, responsive web online banking and mobile app offerings. Currently Director of Platform Client Experiences, responsible for transformational programs to introduce API access to Central 1's Digital and Payments services and to rebuild the Forge mobile app to enable easy integration with fintechs, reduce operating costs, and deliver a leading end-user experience.Plan and execute on a product roadmap, working closely with key clients and internal stakeholders to identify high-level requirements and prioritize work, with technical leads to gather initial estimates on solutions, and using market research to identify new opportunities. Participate in sales presentations and client implementation meetings.

Responsible for delivery of the retail banking experience, including the public website, responsive web online banking, and mobile apps. Worked closely with pilot clients to define the MVP, prioritize work, and successfully launch. Also oversaw the creation of Forge Community, an initiative to enable credit unions and fintechs to innovate on Forge.

Product Owner on Forge - a program to rewrite MemberDirect, Central 1's digital banking SAAS platform.Responsible for the Public Website, collaborating with a design agency to define a framework of re-usable UX components that can be used to assemble visually distinct sites, and leading an Agile team to define these as widgets in Backbase's Customer Experience Platform. Worked closely with a pilot credit union to launch in February 2019.

Business Analyst on a project to integrate Personal Financial Management tools by Yodlee into the MemberDirect Digital Banking Platform.

Worked on Payments and Cash Management projects. Main area of focus was a multi-year project to integrate Fundtech's Global PayPlus (GPP) with HSBC's core banking platform HUB. GPP managed SWIFT wire payments and ISO20022-based faster payments, with HUB as the decisioning engine and system of record.Started as a junior developer, then progressed to a senior developer managing an offshore development team. Concurrent responsibilities included Business Analysis and IT Project Management.
