• Operations Manager in charge of Hopper Spreader and Parts & Accessories business units, representing $60+ MM in revenue and an organization of 100+ employees Functional areas included Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing, Scheduling, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Accuracy, and Warehouse Management• Lead the development of a new Stainless Steel Spreader line from business case justification through two years of engineering, testing, and manufacturing launch, resulting in $15+MM in new revenue and a $1,000 per unit cost reduction• Member of Operations team responsible for relocating a 250,000 square foot facility from Tennessee to two new facilities in Milwaukee, WI and Rockland, ME.  Specifically, responsible for design and construction management of a 50,000 square foot facility addition and the relocation of the Hopper Spreader lines.

• Controller responsible for the financial management of the Rockland DD facility – Approximately a $100MM annual operation• Managed all aspects of Accounting including Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Capital Planning, Financial Analysis, Cost Reduction Programs, New Product Development Support, Benefits Administration, GL, AP, and Customer Credit Management • Worked closely with Operations staff to realign financials to better reflect and manage new organizational structure under Lean• Developed current manpower planning process used throughout the corporation
