■ Use SQL skills to gather key data and turn that data into business impacting reports using Tableau. ■ Work closely with Marketing Department as a liaison between Business Intelligence and Marketing ■ Develop, test, and implement solutions for the Business Intelligence and SQL Server environments. These environments include the Data Warehouse, Analytics and Dashboards (Tableau) in addition to Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) solutions. ■ Interpret requests, gather data, analyze needs, suggest existing solutions, or use statistical techniques to suggest new solutions.■ Research and provide recommendations on the best way to implement Business Intelligence and SQL Server solutions. ■ Work closely with management and other team members to prioritize business and information needs and define new Business Intelligence and process improvement opportunities. ■ Support Scrum Teams during their developments within sprints to coordinate appropriate information, resources, and people. Assisting as a servant-leader to deliver quality finished products for the ministry that meet the requirements of stakeholders/sponsors.■ Review all solutions and ensure all data is accurate, understood, and does not conflict with other solutions provided.■ Document, file, and present solutions in an efficient, organized, and systematic manner, ensuring availability to appropriate stakeholders.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer related issues.• Replace parts as needed.• Maintain parts inventory.• Submit warranty cases for parts or repairs.• Maintain records of equipment being repaired or serviced.• Works closely with the Systems Engineer to service faulty equipment throughout building including tabletPCs, desktops, printers, projectors, and smart boards.• Schedule technicians to service tablets and schedule pickups for equipment returned to manufacture for warranty work.• Issue loaners to students having tablets serviced and maintains records of loaner usage.• Assist with reimaging student tablets over summer and all new tablets.• Manage Grant-in-Aid workers and take responsibility for their daily tasks.
