My areas of responsibility has included significant Youth, Adult, Christian Education and Senior Adult ministry, as well as outreach to the community of New Albany. Many of the communities that I pastor include those in government housing, low socio-economic and diverse populations facing constant family turmoil. We have addressed many of the felt needs to include housing assistance, food, utilities, hygiene products, employment, as well as assisting families whose children have been incarcerated. I have a passion for the least of these in our culture and have been doing social outreach to communities now for 16 years.• Created a dynamic Youth Ministry for both Church Family and Non-Church Family Youth grades 6-12;• Coordinated Young Adult Ministry Activities and Social Events;• Implemented Fund-Raising Events both within and outside of church to assist with cost of dynamic program;• Successful programming and activities that encourages Youth that are not in church to participate and experience life-skills training;• Worked with community to assist with projects that enhance the lives of youth and their families;• Assisted with all areas of ministry including hospital, and nursing home visitation, worship planning and leadership, preaching, teaching offering leadership to all Christian Education activities as well as budgeting and administrative activities;

 Coordinated all activities, events, and lessons for students from 6th grade through college age; Developed students leaders, generated alternative worship opportunities, started Middle School ministry, and created Sunday night Sr. High discipleship program; Served as Associate Pastor to church participating in preaching, visitation, and outreach; Was acting State youth minister, planning and coordinating retreats for students (2001-2003) for the Church of God in Alabama; Started Y’ALL (Youthworkers of Alabama Leadership Link) for networking, relationships, and growth among all youthworkers in the Church of God in Alabama;

 Prepared Wednesday and Sunday night youth sessions; Taught Sunday School; Started and led an after-school program at Stonewall Jackson Jr. High; Visited Hospital/Shut-in/Nursing Home
