Helped coordinate and execute multiple two-week educational workshops to incorporate Operational Design (OD) as part of a 10-person team. • Developed a Stability and Reconstruction System (STARS) Model & Simulation demonstration for Kansas State University’s Department of Agriculture.• Managed 7-month project with a $300K labor budget to provide Model & Simulation support, with a matrixed team of six operators.• Developed the Plan of Execution for the annual Future Warfare Study Plan, Unified Quest to keep client apprised of how work would be completed.• Critical member of the team which developed and executed Operational Design curriculum for Army Component Command leadership and staff.
