Andrew has extensive international experience in the Rail industry and has a strong combination of design management, engineering and leadership skills backed up by a strong history of project delivery. With 34 years in the industry, his experience of metro, mass transit and high-speed rail gives him a thorough appreciation of the design of railway systems. Andrew has the ability to look at projects holistically and evaluate implications of technical decisions to the bigger project picture. Over his career, Andrew has led the delivery of a number of Rail projects in South East Asia, UK and Europe. These projects are naturally of a complex nature involving multiple stakeholders and both multidiscipline working and multi centred delivery, Andrews role has been to lead the technical solutions for these projects as a direct report to the Client.
