Architectural designer working in all project and design phases including but not limited to initial site review, site review for quality control during construction and project completion review . Responsible for interpreting client design intent, analyzing site conditions, as built drawings and working with and coordinating with various trades throughout the construction process (through project completion). Also have extensive experience in construction detailing for various project and site specific conditions to aid in design intent and functionality of projects. Extensive experience in working with project consultants through meetings, progress drawing review, coordination, and CAD background creation for their use.
