Industrial Systems Engineer at The Ohio State University Seeking Internship or Co-OpHello, I'm Andrew. I'm a rising senior industrial and systems engineer at The Ohio State University. Recently, I have worked a lot with Microsoft Excel, MATLAB, and SOLIDWORKS. In addition to these skills that I acquired from my schooling, I have gained some experience in the workplace as well. I recently worked as Outdoor Service Personnel at Diamond Run Golf Club in Pittsburgh, PA. Here I learned very valuable interpersonal skills while handling the day to day chaos of dealing with guests, and as a Shift Supervisor, I learned delegation and teamwork skills. Along with Diamond Run Golf Club, I also worked as a site supervisor for G6 builders, a local construction company in Pittsburgh. This experience taught me not only the value of an education as I did physical labor, but also project management and customer relations as I was responsible for overseeing job sites and timelines.
