With over 8 years of experience in civil engineering, I am a Planning and Development Manager at BEAR Scotland, a leading provider of highway maintenance and management services. In this role, I oversee the design, delivery, and quality assurance of various road improvement projects, working with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants. I have a strong knowledge of DMRB standards, civil engineering principles, and technical report writing, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
