I have been in-house Group Legal Counsel to the MARR Group of companies and associated family office entities and trusts since February 2023, handling all legal, contractual and compliance issues internationally.Prior to this, I was an associate director in the Risk Management department of KPMG Ireland, based in their Stokes Place offices, Dublin, focusing on auditor independence and regulatory compliance, from February -December 2022.Prior to working at KPMG, I ran a commercial, contracts, litigation and property law firm in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa for 19 years. I have extensive experience in the negotiating, drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts, commercial litigation and property law.I am an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. I was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2009 and in the Republic of Ireland in 2020.
