All aspects of property management are important, but the hard work of increasing the value of a real estate asset really starts when the property team gets out from behind their desks. Relationship-building creates a competitive advantage ultimately determining a property’s value and an owner’s profitability; now and in the future. I have spent nearly 30 years managing real estate in a way that maximizes the value of the property and its profitability for the ownership.
