Intellection, Ideation, Achiever, Futuristic, and Competition. These are my results from a recent Gallup Strength Finder Exam. I found these provide a very accurate picture for who I am and how I work. I am truly passionate about learning both inside and out of the classroom and office, and I am always thinking of ways to solve problems and eliminate inefficiencies. I love to listen – not only to what's being said but to what is not being said. I thrive in a competitive atmosphere where I am constantly faced with new challenges and experiences. I am a young professional looking to start a career with a growing company that values innovative problem-solving skills and a dedicated work ethic. I am proud to have participated in two intensive internships with a financial institution and a commercial real estate firm that provided extensive experience in many industry disciplines. I plan to use this experience to launch into a career, where I can continue to build on the valuable skills that I have learned.My specialties include financial analysis, critical thinking and problem solving, valuing the importance of teamwork, land appraisal, and commercial and residential real estate analysis.
