I have more that 25 years of experience within the security field and 20 years in a management roll.I have managed groups working within the following areas: Identity Access Management , PKI, Penetration Testing, Information Security and Infrstructure Security. This has been within both Managed Services and Consulting Services.My goal in life is to have fun, both privately and at work. This means you have to build a team around you that has the same goal. You have to see both peoples strengths and weaknesses. Build on their strengths and compensate for their weaknesses.Our clients are as equally important. You must be agreed with the client regarding what will be delivered and what will not. You have to respect each others viewpoint which sometimes means we must walk away. This is alway the right decision in the long run. A long term relationship is the only goal.My best days at work are when a client contacts me to praise my team. Life cannot be better.
