- As a General Foreman I was responsible for organizing work and manpower requirements for other foreman with 10+ workers.- Our crews were responsible initially for installing the grounding grid for all the BUSS Poles, Fencing and other Structures on the premises before the civil work was completed. - Upon completion of the ground work, we were then tasked to complete the install of the electrical distribution in the DC control building which included: - Install of four 13.8kv/600v transformers - Install of two 600v Distribution Centers - Install of an A/B 600v Buss Duct System - Install Data Racks for X-former Controls - Install of all general lights and outlets- Required to attend daily and weekly progress meetings with engineers and project management staff. - Submitted daily work logs and progress reports, also attended to any personnel issues that arised(safety/complaints/vacation request/scheduling conflicts)

- Was recruited to join chemco at their Shell Refinery construction project located in Edmonton, Aberta. For a supervisory role, where the job scope was installing 100+ Electrical Heat Trace Control Panels throughout the facility as well as install EHT cables on the process piping.- As a project of this magnitude there was several crews of 10+ workers required, and my task was to supervise one of them. - As a supervisor i was required to delegate tasks and ensure it was done in a safe and efficent manner. - Other responsibilities include: - Organizing daily/weekly saftey talks - Completing time sheets and work orders - Ordering tools and materials as required - Establishing good communication with the client and other trades

- Completed apprenticeship and continued as a journeyman doing commercial tenant renovation and service work, primarily in the downtown Toronto area. - Often a one man unit, my responsibilities would be to meet the clients directly to assess the scope of work required and then execute accordingly. - Mastered the use of measuring equipment for the purpose of troubleshooting electeical problems.
