Managment and supervision of a major FM contract for the servicing of the M&E plant in a portfolio of prestigious Data centres and buildings in and around the UK. I am accountable for an engineering team of 6, one technical scheduler and FM helpdesk operators working across the estate while responsible for undertaking Performance Management Reviews and identifying suitable training for each employee.I attend client meetings to demonstrate progress across estate and current projects, implementing action plans, carrying out monthly tool box talks, and attending site review meetings to negotiate issues arising and ensuring full compliance. I construct positive working relationships with new clients, as well as developing existing ones, liaising with landlords and contractors.Analysing P&L as well as monthly targets, I review fixed price budgets, producing quotes and raising purchase orders. I also Assets manage utalising run life cycle reports. Further to this I oversee critical equipment within the data centres, operating annual shutdowns, and utilising CAFM system.I maintain rigorous health and safety site protocol for all employees and visitors, ensure high standards are being sustained, and undertake AP duties for several other contracts, ensuring smooth and efficient multi-site support.I also assisted with managing projects across the campus to ensure deadlines and budgets were met.
