We review and craft both high level and in-depth solutions to data specific problems both as it relates to VETRO as well as the customer’s important business processes adjacent to the system. Our goal is to create the most elite deployment, operations, and revenue generating business units with our customers so as to amplify and empower them to do more with less. My Sales Engineering is a pre-sales extension of the Solutions group, making efforts to understand, quantify, and solve our potential customer’s problems and serve as a strong first touch and introduction to the system.VETRO’s GIS and Professional Services team is first-class, solving intense data problems on behalf of our customers. We convert, ingest, and normalize all kinds of geospatial data and ensure usability within the VETRO platform, as well as look for ways to assist customers with more specific problems and tooling. My onboarding team ensures that our customer’s time to value is second-to-none, making the journey a seamless transition from presales to postsales and getting our customers embedded in our program. I oversee an awesome team of individuals and thought leaders tasked with pushing VETRO every further upwards and positioning the customer as number one.VETRO's class-leading platform makes it a whole lot easier to do!

I specialize in design engineering, permitting procedures, digital transformation, outside plant crew management, fiber optic splicing management, business development, financial analysis, high level design generation, low level designs, field operations, and more. I designed, implemented, and managed projects involving fiber optic and fixed wireless forms of delivery for public-private partnerships, small to large customers, and other unique clientele. I used the following:- Full outside plant fiber/wireless design, from concept to full on bill of materials and build plans.- Grant writing and financing: I researched, wrote, and developed grants by figuring out what my clients needed: last mile, middle mile, and more. I have a unique grasp of government funding programs available and how to leverage them. - Business Case Analysis: Utilizing the great resources within my company, I get to help build real-world data that helps people make good decisions. - Legal Document Writing and Creation: I helped create documents that will set the basis for partnerships for years to come. - Team Leadership: I helped people come together, whether it's on the inside or outside of my company.-Geographic Information Systems: I leveraged GIS knowledge with ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Maps, and more to create fully engineered designs with accurate data involving population, RF propagation, and more.- Full solutions design and facilitation: By knowing what existing networks and entities are in an area, I combined the assets to create solutions to bring IP or transport services to where they are needed. I worked as a multi-department oriented Manager for SECOM, interacting with every facet of the business from accounting, customer service, proposal writing and implementation, operational decisions, network design and support, personnel, and more. In this role, I managed a small team of people that built our new circuits and services, provisioned voice and telephony equipment, engineered how circuits will be delivered, and acted as liaisons between our customers, various agencies, and SECOM departments.I also acted as the head Project Manager for a majority of non-operational, out of the ordinary, and even day-to-day items. My team explored processes and procedures, performed product and business analysis, and handled large-scale projects like Fiberhood deployments, regional cornerstone Hosted PBX deployments, and more. We also scheduled and took care of all of our FTTX customers.In this area, I've been humbled by the vast world of telecommunications, but excited to obtain a great knowledge of all of the parts - from the Network Engineering perspective to the Outside Plant Engineering perspective onwards, including having assisted with design, testing, and installation, and followup of a huge multitude of the number of services SECOM offer. From installing, managing the project, and customer service and more, it's been fun to create a new role and then expand it to a fully-fledged department.
