Designed to help first year college students have an easier and more successful year, the GapWell Guide sources practical advice, tips, personal stories and more from upper-class students across the country and delivers it directly to subscribers’ phones every week. As a content creator and strategist, I create regular posts for the Guide on a variety of topics relevant to the target audience. These videos and articles are aligned with the company's mission of helping students succeed during their first-year college experience.

I was responsible for conducting comprehensive real estate underwriting and due diligence efforts for multifamily investment opportunities through financial statement analysis, market research, and property performance management. I also supported both the acquisition and asset management teams by monitoring portfolio performance, creating value-add plans, and analyzing current interest rate trends to maximize investment returns and operational efficiencies.

Twin River Outfitters is a water sports equipment rental service in Buchanan, Virginia, also serving in the tour industry. I oversaw all aspects of customer-facing operations for this locally-owned water sports equipment rental business and ensured a positive customer experience. I also implemented new operational processes designed to improve the profitability of the small business and increase revenue through an enhanced website and social media presence.

I managed multiple aspects of the pool and ensured water safety. In order to obtain this job, I became Red Cross certified in CPR, First Aid, and Water Rescue.
