Responsible for meeting National Guard Bureau requirements for readiness throughout all Iowa Army National Guard Units.• Provide software education to authorized soldiers (as needed).• Provide updates/status reviews to the Office of the Adjutant General of Iowa immediately upon request.

• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve advanced application, database and data processing issues in an efficient and effective manner. This is accomplished by actively listening to user concerns, analyzing information, recommending and communicating solutions, and following up to ensure the solution resolves the issue. • Analyze complex data and/or troubleshoot corrupt databases. Utilize a structured query language to create and execute database queries while performing triage and research on data issues. • Act as resource expert to Help Desk Technicians I & II. This includes mentoring and training. • Provide backup for Help Desk Technicians I & II during peak times.• Serve as liaison to application development and software quality assurance teams, in identifying and resolving advanced technical issues. May represent business unit at cross-functional meetings. • Appointed primary Point of Contact for maintaining issue updates and process improvement implementation with sister contractor (ActioNet). Help users access reporting structures. Resolve issues regarding installation access, connectivity, system unavailability, and errors messages. • Serve as liaison to application development and software quality assurance teams when identifying advanced technical issues. Troubleshoot and analyze complex data sets in order to resolve advanced application, corrupt database, and data processing issues.• Document and track each issue (in incident/problem management system), and escalate issues that require more advanced research and troubleshooting. Previously Known as Buccaneer• Support implementation and assist with user training for about 25,000 users for QIMS application [including physician offices and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) facilities].• Acted as a liaison for a group of up to 20 employees (permanent and temporary employees). This consisted of bridging communication between employees working on the project and management. • Assist with creation of flowcharts/process flows utilized under project policies set forth by the Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services.• Created a process for organizing, tracking, and maintaining 25,000 plus user registrations. This included a trend analysis and daily tracking of numbers and progress of the project.
