Our mission at Minded is to ensure every young person has the skills and a plan for success.We’re passionate about ensuring young people have access to the tools and critical skills they need to be successful in life.We work with education providers, government and corporate sponsors to support young people and second chance learners.We give people the tools they need to be successful, find their passion and choose their pathway in life.

- Developing a programme that gives young athletes an insight into high performance sport as they work to become 'carded' athletes.- Working to overcome obstacles that may prevent the athletes from continuing along their paths to success.- Organising workshops for athletes in the areas of nutrition, athlete life, mental skills and psychology for performance.- Providing one to one support for athletes and their coaches as they develop their individual performance plans.

- Short term contract with the aim of maintaining junior registration numbers in earthquake-affected clubs after the Christchurch earthquake in February 2011.This was achieved through:- Organising and undertaking a mass phone campaign from Canterbury Wiizards players to each junior member of the earthquake-affected clubs. This ensured every family knew where and when cricket was available for the first season post-earthquake.- Utilising qualified sports coaches from Canterbury Cricket and coach education facilities to run cricket workshops for the schools in the catchment area of each earthquake-affected club.- Developed an indoor cricket tournament for high school teams as an introduction into the outdoor cricket season.- Liaison with clubs and their officials as to what other actions would help them reach their pre-earthquake numbers.
