Performs all aspects of the commissioning (Cx) process from project kickoff through warranty and project completion. Responsibilities include developing Cx Plans, Construction Checklists, Functional Performance Tests, Field Reports, Draft and Final Reports both Word and HTML based. An accredited Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP), proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access (including VBA programing). Developed a Cx Standard Operating Procedure for use during all phases of Cx projects. Independently created a reporting platform to increase project efficiency and report accuracy by producing and tracking Cx Issues, field reports and equipment readiness matrices. Regularly leads Cx teams on simultaneous projects for various facility types including higher education, healthcare, laboratories and office buildings. Normal activities consist of project planning, performing construction site visits, leading Cx meetings, performing functional testing and final project delivery. Additional project work includes facility and energy assessments, Building Automation audits and mechanical design.My goals for each project are not only to ensure the owner’s project requirements are met but to provide owners with experience driven knowledge to produce the highest energy efficient and functional buildings possible.
