Currently in my position with Compliance Point/PossibleNOW I am secondary on a team that has worked to transition our enterprise level backups, moving from multiple instances of Symantec BackupExec and Veeam to a unified backup solution utilizing Commvault by Simpana. We have been able to leverage Commvault to provide backups and restores across many platforms and locations including office, datacenter and DR site across country.Previously in my position I have:• Helped to provide 24 hour telephone, email, desk-side and remote server support for multi unit, nationwide specialty sports retailer, including POS systems, windows CE handheld units, and golf simulators, including on-site repairs at GA locations.• Performed Windows server hardening, to corporate and government standards, for worldwide business monitoring client.• Created and implemented system of weekly updates and patches of servers, utilizing VMware Vsphere and GFI Languard.Certifications include MCDST, MCTS, CompTIA A+, Network+, & Security+.
