Serving the great athletes and volunteers in the Three Rivers Region: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Lawrence, Indiana, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.

Assist with the administrative duties of local USA Softball tournaments in the Western PA area. Also, serve as the Umpire-in-Chief/Umpire-in-Charge for District 9 of Pennsylvania (Counties of Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango)

Oversaw the growth of the local recreation softball from 60 teams to 150+ over a 3 year period. Also, was responsible for scheduling games and umpires for over 30 games per day from May to July each year.

Involvement most in the recruitment of student-athletes and skill development of the infielders. Also, the responsibilities of coaching first base during competition. During this time, we've grow our camp and clinic offerings. Additionally, have made continuous improvement on our record through skill development, recruitment of great players and growing our roster size. Established our junior varsity program.

In the role, I've continued my other responsibilities but added the oversight of recruitment and day to day operations in the athletic department. Along with working day to day with the department, I became heavily involved with the undergraduate enrollment office at Geneva.

Assisted the Director of Athletics in projects assigned as well as facility management and live-streaming coordination. Established the Geneva College Hall of Fame and Geneva College annual Athletics Golf Outing during this time.
