Defined enhancements to partner product to meet Medtronic customer needs. Collaborated with partner to update software application and design new machine learning algorithms. Provided hands-on support for multiple clinical studies using this research platformBalanced the project above with another full-time role designing patient-specific spine implants in the UNiD Lab. Worked in this customer-facing role for six months before moving into an R&D position responsible for process optimization for the US UNiD Lab.
