After a few years working at Scott's Lawncare, I started a property maintenance business serving south western Maine, and central NH areas. There came a time when I decided to go in a different direction. The landscaping business was growing faster then I could keep up with, and I couldn't find enough help. I also had an opportunity to buy my fathers vending business due to health issues for him. So I decided to sell the landscaping business, and grow vending business. Over the past 3 years my vending business has more then doubled in size and is more then a full time business. We service employee breakrooms, hotels, auto dealerships, lumber mills, shopping outlets. We own and service our machines, along with stocking, rotating the product. Since I am independently owned, I can put whatever I want in my machines, set my own pricing, negotiate commissions to locations (if needed). Our inventory consists mostly of chips, candy bars, pastries, crackers, and cookies. We also have accounts with Coca Cola and Pepsi, so we can put either/and/or these machines in locations, stock and service them as well.
