I'm an attorney focusing on financial technology law and regulation. My primary areas of interest include corporate, securities, and anti-trust law. Other interests include industrial organization and blockchain protocol design.During law school, I was the Head of Legal Research at Blockchain@BerkeleyLaw, and have published academic work detailing the blockchain protocol design space.Prior to law school I trained as an engineer in Materials Science and Chemical Engineering, with a special focus on energy technology and structural materials. I also have a strong background in economics and public policy, especially regulatory policy.
